Session 1: Creativity – Developing Creative and Purposeful Ideas

This interactive workshop introduces creativity as a practical problem-solving skill in business contexts. Participants will work in international teams and follow a structured process from problem identification to idea generation and concept validation. The session incorporates proven creative methodologies such as Design Thinking, “How Might We” questions, Brainstorming, SCAMPER, Six Thinking Hats, and evaluation matrices. Students will develop a simple prototype and present their idea in a short pitch, strengthening their creativity, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Session 2: Entrepreneurial Finance – Funding the Venture Lifecycle

This session explores the funding process for new ventures. After introducing the fundamentals of entrepreneurial finance and the steps required to secure funding, it provides a deeper understanding of key financing instruments such as venture capital. The session places particular emphasis on financing models relevant to deep tech and green ventures, highlighting their specific challenges and opportunities.
Session 3: Venture Financing in Practice – From Capital Raising to Financial Strategy

This session demystifies how ventures secure and manage capital across their lifecycle. It covers the full spectrum of financing options- from bootstrapping and angel investment to venture debt, private equity, and strategic partnerships – analyzing their costs, control implications, and stage suitability. Drawing on experience with family offices and institutional investors, participants will learn how investors evaluate opportunities, what matters most in term sheets, and how to avoid common negotiation pitfalls. The session also addresses long-term financial planning, capital structure resilience, and investor relations, supported by practical case analysis.
Session 4: From Idea to Impact – Scoring the Commercial Potential of Innovation

This session explores how startups and innovators can leverage R&D tax incentives to extend financial runway and accelerate innovation. Going beyond basic eligibility criteria, it highlights practical challenges, common mistakes, and cross-border considerations. Participants will learn how to strategically align technical innovation with financial optimization and use tax frameworks as a tool for enhancing competitive advantage.
Session 5: Customer Journey Mapping and Value Proposition Analysis for Innovation

Session 6: AI as a Strategic Challenge in Modern Organizations

This session examines artificial intelligence as both an opportunity and a strategic challenge for organizations.
