Discover the tangible outcomes of the PIONEER+ project, shaping the innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of higher education institutions (HEIs) across Europe.

PIONEER+ will deliver targeted workshops for university leaders and change agents to promote institutional commitment and foster a culture of innovation. These sessions will focus on leadership development, cross-department collaboration, and digital mindset cultivation.

The project will identify, document, and analyse real innovation examples from partner HEIs. These will be transformed into structured case studies and business plan templates, offering educational and training tools to encourage replication and best-practice sharing. 

PIONEER+ will organise a cross-institutional summer school targeting students, researchers, and staff. The program will focus on digital skills, sustainable innovation, and entrepreneurship in both the deep tech and creative industries, with special emphasis on supporting young female innovators.
